Alice Snedden: Absolute Monster

After a storming show at this festival last year, Alice is back with a brand new show, Absolute Monster.

Snedden was nominated for Best Newcomer at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival 2017, and was also a 2018 Billy T Award nominee. Alice was head writer for prime time THREE’s (NZ) Jono & Ben and Funny Girls. She is a columnist for the Sunday Star Times, host of TVNZ Web Series Alice Snedden's Bad News, and co-host of the hugely popular podcast Boners of the Heart (alongside Rose Matafeo).

Who are we? What are we doing here? Do you like me? And what are you saying behind my back?

Let’s all get together and definitively find out if I’m the best or worst person you know. Those are the only options. Step into my existential crisis and get ready to laugh as I try and answer the eternal question: who am I?.

Absolute Monster is directed by Rose Matafeo.

Guy Montgomery: "I was part of the problem before we were talking about it”

NZs globetrotting comedian, Guy Montgomery has performed his show across Canada, USA, Australia, NZ and now is hitting the UK.

It’s hard to believe but Guy Montgomery (the Worst Idea of All Time, Billy T Award Winner, JFL42, Comedy Central) has not always been perfect. While most people are entirely gracious and empathetic from birth, this has not been Guy’s path. Embrace this tremendously rare opportunity to hear from someone unlearning the various blind spots that made him part of the problem before we were talking about it.
